We need your data as part of your job application to decide whether we wish to enter into an employment contract with you. We use your data if you consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b, c DSGVO).
In certain cases, we require your specific consent to process your data, e.g., if you are not a candidate for the position we have advertised but we would like to consider your application for another position. Processors process personal data on our behalf and exclusively in accordance with our instructions. Third parties or processors include, for example, IT companies (e.g., those operating our website or applicant portal). - We store your data for as short a period as possible
If the advertised position is initially filled by another applicant, we will retain the personal data of the remaining applicants for an additional seven months. This is done so that, in the event the new hire leaves during the probationary period, we can refer back to the pool of applicants for that position. - Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU or to international Organizations
We do not engage in processing based on automated decision-making. We do not engage in profiling (automated processing with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects).
